More Than Fitness
A few years ago, I decided I wanted to become stronger than I’d ever been before.
That journey eventually led me to powerlifting, setting state records, and discovering something much bigger than strength itself.
I learned that fitness isn’t just about the weight on the bar or the number on the scale.
It’s about confidence.
It’s about proving to yourself that you’re capable of more than you thought.
It’s about becoming a stronger, healthier, and better version of yourself.
I’ve experienced setbacks, injuries, frustrations, and self-doubt along the way, and those experiences have shaped the way I coach.
