More than a powerlifter. More than a coach. Just someone passionate about helping others become stronger versions of themselves.

My Story

For most of my life, I was just an ordinary guy trying to balance work, family, and everything else life throws at you.

A few years ago, I decided I wanted to become stronger than I’d ever been before.

That decision eventually led me into powerlifting, where I discovered something much bigger than strength itself.

I discovered confidence.

I discovered discipline.

I discovered that becoming stronger physically changes the way you see yourself in every area of life.

Along the way I’ve dealt with setbacks, injuries, frustrations, and self-doubt, but every challenge taught me something valuable.

Those experiences are what shape the way I coach today.

Why I Coach

I don’t coach because I think everyone needs to become a competitive powerlifter.

I coach because I know what it feels like to gain confidence, become healthier, and prove to yourself that you’re capable of more than you thought.

I believe strength and fitness can genuinely change lives.

My goal is to help other people experience that same transformation.

Life Outside the Gym

When I’m not training, you’ll usually find me spending time with my wife and four kids, working in technology, gaming, or enjoying the outdoors through camping, hunting, and fishing.

I understand what it’s like to juggle responsibilities, busy schedules, and real life.

That’s exactly why my coaching is built around sustainability and flexibility instead of perfection.
